Important things you need to know!

Annakut Preparation Rules

To maintain the purity and sanctity of the Annakut offering, please follow these important rules:

• All breads or pav must be eggless.

• All laddus should be large and uniform in size.

• A full bath must be taken before preparing the food.

• If you need to visit the restroom during preparation, you must bathe again before resuming.

• Do not cook Annakut dishes during your menstrual cycle.

• Do not use onion, garlic, or asafoetida (hing) in any form.

Ingredients and Spice Guidelines

Please take extra care while selecting ingredients and spices:

• When buying ready-made spices, read the ingredient list carefully.

• If the label only says “Spices” and does not clearly mention “No Onion, Garlic or Hing”, do not use it.

• Avoid cheese containing animal rennet.

• Do not use silver or gold leaf (varakh) on sweets.

• Ensure that all ingredients are completely free from:❌ Onion ❌ Garlic ❌ Hing ❌ Eggs ❌ Meat ❌ Gelatin

Important Delivery Information

Please deliver your prepared dishes on:

• Date: Sunday 19th October 2025 

• Venue: Kevin Betts Stadium

All dishes must be dropped off before 4:00 PM to ensure timely Annakut preparation.

All dishes should be transferred to Umiya Parivar provided containers by devotees.
